Zombie Outbrick: Episode 67

blockcomics
24th May 2013, 12:00 AM

It seems the group is safe for the moment. But they have a critical decision to make...

This is the second episode shot with my new DSLR camera. Again, the confined space of the elevator set made getting many of the shots very difficult, as my camera is too big to get very close to it, but I think the shots turned out alright nonetheless.

As always, let me know what you think of this episode!

It would be tough to leave family but you should always stick in a group for situations like this. However the police officer does not seem to really know what he is doing.

Yeah, sticking together is always the best option, whether the characters in a given story realize it right away or not. Officer Peterson isn't quite thinking clearly, he's more just desperate to get out of the city than anything else.

Hey where did you go? I don't want to rush you along or anything but I haven't seen a new episode in a while.

A combination of life, writer's block, and camera problems has effectively kept me from working on the comic for a while, unfortunately. I am trying to return to it as soon as I can, though.

Quite a few things have contributed to the hold up. Life has only been speeding up for me recently, but there may be more episodes of Zombie Outbrick soon. I'll be making a more public announcement after I think things over a bit more.

This looked really good when it was being updated, and I would love to see it updated again.

Remember to take your time, the worst thing you could do is rush comics out. Just don't completely give up on the comic and return when you have time spare.

Thank you!

Yes, I certainly have been taking my time. I did consider at one point just cranking out a set of 10 or so episodes, but I decided to wait until I felt ready to return to it. I may have more time soon, we'll see.

Hope that someday you'll return to this and complete the story that we all know and love. There are so few Lego webcomics out there where the author knows how to tell a good tell and not just play with legos and a camera.

Please don't let this fall any more by the wayside than it already has...
