Zombie Outbrick: Episode 56

blockcomics
9th Jul 2012, 6:26 PM

It seems the man inside the dark office has passed away... What will Chris do now?

This episode was somewhat delayed for a number of reasons, including the desperate attempted rescue of a Lego baseplate that was melted by one of the lamps used for shooting. Also, the script for the next several episodes was finalized about a week ago, but the finalized version of the script has mysteriously disappeared, causing much of it to have to be rewritten.

The last panel is a low angle shot, which was fairly difficult to achieve with a bulky camera - what does everyone think of it?

I think... it is a fairly good angle, and fairly well done.

I'd be worried about the bodies that just up and vanish, crawling away without going straight at the group.

That's a very good point, Silver Fox. The office building certainly isn't empty yet.

What Clawling you mean?

That's a very good question, one that I'm not sure how to answer. Did Silver Fox originally have a typo in her comment?

We'll never know, will we?

I don't recall a typo in my sentences. Maybe it was misread?

I suppose that's a possibility...

Or else, could it have been a bizarre pop culture references no one else is getting? I have no idea...

It could be... I don't fancy myself too hip on all the latest slang and I don't bother to keep up with the minute by minute changes.

Yeah, me neither. Although I'm fairly current, I still can't keep up with everything all the time.

If you look at Chris' hand in the last frame, it looks like he damaged the wall a little.

Hmm... interesting. I'm not entirely sure what you're seeing, do you mean that the brick his hand is touching is slightly out of place?

Yeah

Yeah, I noticed that the 1x1 his hand is touching is a little twisted, I also like to find things that don't mean anything and make them seem like they mean something.

Ah, I see.

Yeah, that was entirely unintentional. Perhaps the minifig who plays Chris is actually a bodybuilder - I should probably talk to him about damaging the set.

maybe you should charge him for the repair of that wall. According to the LEGO® website, that is 10 cents.

Yeah, and that's not even including paying the construction workers to fix it
I'll have to file a lawsuit if this happens again. ;)
